Request for Proposal: 2014 “the buc” shuttle analysis
The Buckhead Community Improvement District and Livable Buckhead are seeking the assistance of a consulting firm with transit operations expertise to conduct a performance review of “the buc” shuttle operation. The goal of this work is to assess the progress of “the buc” to provide a benchmark for performance and to identify service modifications and additional activities that might be warranted to ensure its continued future success and cost effective operation.
Construction of the Circle Terminus project, a 359 unit luxury apartment complex spanning the two remaining development sites in Terminus alongside Highland Drive and Tower Place Drive, will necessitate the re-routing of the shuttle until completion of the project. Beginning Monday, December 23rd the shuttle will detour along Tower Place Drive, temporarily eliminating the stop at the Grand Hyatt (#8).
